For the past few years, coal mine soft rock tunnel control problem has gradually become one of the important technical problems in the coal mine production. With the mining depth increasing, soft rock mine and the proportion of soft rock roadways have obviously rising trend year by year. Statistics show that the structural instability of soft rock tunnel exaction is the main reason of the deformation of roadway under the condition of high stress. Therefore, how to improve the global stability of the supporting bearing structure and its carrying capacity, which is the key to solve supporting problems under the condition of high stress soft rock tunnel excavation. The paper, which is based on Henan Shenhuo Quandian coal mine, combines with -540 meters of the mine east wing rail alleys and belt alleys in soft rock of a lot of fault structural belt and high in-situ stress which it is a salient features of the engineering practice. Based on in-situ stress and physical coal and rock mechanics experiments, Quandian mine -540m in-situ stress conditions and the east wing of the roadway surrounding rock stability are evaluated. Through theoretical analysis and experience analogy and numerical simulation, the weaknesses of Quandian coal mine soft rock roadway deformation and the failure of breakthrough of the entire support system can be obtained. Based on this, the small aperture doubly supported scheme of prestressed anchor cable structure compensation is put forward. Through the field test and analysis of economic benefit, Support program is verified to be effective and feasible, at the same time, it successfully solve the supporting problem of Quandian coal mine under the condition of high stress soft rock tunnel, achieve the expected effect, in addition to this, it can provide a reference value for the same type of soft rock roadways support.
