Based on Huale coal mine1-1201Haulageway production geological conditions,through field investigation and theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and fieldindustrial test research methods, make a deep research on the technique of Over-faultsin Complicated Geological Conditions soft rock tunnel.Research on the stress state of the fault before and after the formation bytheoretical calculations and numerical calculation, We found that the principal stresshas changes. The maximum principal stress basically unchanged,the intermediateprincipal stress and the minimum principal stress increases.The direction of maximumprincipal stress may changes possiblily.The maximum and minimum principal stressvalues, the impact Sphereof faultswere calculated by theoretical calculations.Basedon Huale coal mine1-1201Haulageway production geological conditions,we studiedthe deformation mechanism of roadway.According to the characteristics of theroadway roof caving, using Embedded grouting pipe and aqueduct in advance+Shotcrete closed+Grouting reinforcement+Chemical grout injection filling repairedplan.Using Advance grouting reinforcement of roadway roof+small size and moretimes drivage+Pipe roof support in advance+Dense metal stents+The late groutingreinforcement over-fault plan.Thispapermonitor deformation of roadway surroundingrock,design the construction technology of over-fault. Industrial Experiment showsthat the repaired and over-fault supporting scheme is safe and reliable,the roadwaysmoothly through the fault.
