Research On Enterprise Classification Based On The Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance

With the improvement of the economy and the development of people's living standards, people's environmental protection consciousness is gradually strengthening, the attention to environment pollution problem is becoming more and more strong. Once the enterprise environmental pollution accidents causing property damage and third party personal injury, the enterprise will bear corresponding responsibility. Environmental pollution liability insurance as a means of risk compensation can well transfer the enterprise environmental risk. The current environmental pollution liability insurance is in accordance with the enterprise's industry to classify the enterprise, people set up the corresponding compensation limits and rates according to the enterprise's industry, which lead to the same industry possible environmental risks vary greatly but charge the same premium, leading enterprises are not enthusiastic.In this paper, enterprises are classified according to the environmental risk degree.Firstly, the sensitivity of the surrounding environment of the enterprise was evaluated and divided into three levels according to the evaluation results, then from human factors,physical factors, management factors, environmental factors four aspects, the enterprise accident probability is evaluated and divided into five grades, enterprise environmental risk material risk is evaluated and graded by people from the perspective of the types and quantities of environmental risk material. Secondly, people use the method of principal component analysis to determine the weight of the three factors of environmental risk degree,and combine the three factors together. Finally, enterprises are divided into five categories according to the environmental risk degree, this classification provides reference for better implementation of the environmental pollution liability insurance.
