| Greater mining height mining which is a comprehensive mechanization mining method with greater mining height and full-seam mining is a kind of new process aiming at thick coal seam mining and developed in recent years.There are many advantages at greater mining height fully-mechanized face,such as high productivity, high coal mining efficiency, low drivage rate of ten thousand tons, economical cost of production preparation and so on.Therefore, greater mining height mining is widely used at a lot of mines in our country currently.Although greater mining height mining is high production and high efficiency,there are also many technical matters needed to be solved,such as stents instability, rib falling of coal wall, maintenance difficulties of two lane and so on. Mine pressure behavior regularity will change because of the increase of mining height.So how to research and discuss the stability surrounding rock control technology suitable for greater mining height mining according to the change of mine pressure regularity with greater mining height mining is practically significant and valuable undoubtedly.This paper chooses 4305 greater mining height fully-mechanized face of Changping Mine in Jinmei Group as the specific research object,and analyzes mine pressure characteristics and mine pressure regularity main characteristic value of 4305 greater mining height fully-mechanized face in detail synthesizing the means of the scene test data analysis, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and so on. On this basis,the paper analyzes the adaptability of stents at 4305 greater mining height fully-mechanized face,and comes up with the project preventing rib falling of coal wall. |
