Hancheng coal mine had began to use of the two-column hydraulic support in coal seamof3rdlong ago, but due to coal seam conditions, over a longer time the development wasslowly. To solve this problem,this paper uses field measurement analysis, theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other research tools,analysis the adaptability of ZF4000/17/28hydraulic support used in Sangshuping coal mine on the3rd.Fistly stedied the abutment pressure distribution of the coal seam,and analyzed roofcontrol area mechanical systems and load distribution. Thick Overburden mechanical modelof the structure is established. There are four zones of disturbance in the overburden strata.They are caved zone,fractured zone and continuous deformation zone.Through the analysis of field data, analysis the shield support resistancecharacteristics.Summarized the4318Strata Behavior in the face of the face of initial pressurestep, cycle weighting step and initial pressure strength, cycle compressive strength werecalculated. The results show that the pressure is not obvious of face4318.Simulated the relationship of2ndcoal seam and3rdcoal seam.Simulation results showthat the2ndcoal mining release stress of3rdrock stress of overburden, but also undermines theintegrity of top coal, increasing the difficulty of managing the4318face.Finally, hydraulic support are analyzed through three aspects. They are respectively theadaptability of support structure and the overlying rock conditions,stent geometry and miningconditions, mechanical parameters and stand roof load. Three-pronged comprehensiveanalysis, ZF4000/17/28face using hydraulic bracket4318to meet the overall requirements ofall aspects of the face, but there are still part of the problem. The results of this study andpromote the use of great value not only for Hancheng mining companies, HANCHENGmechanized mining research and development, the study of rock pressure and mechanizedmining bracket will also have important theoretical and practical significance.
