Once rock burst happens, it will not only affect the coal production, but also endanger the mining equipment and workers; Because adjacent working face of 43up13 working face be mined out in Dongtan coal mine, and take it as test working face, study the occurrence rule of rock burst, finally formulate forecast and control technique of rock burst.This paper adopts scene monitoring, experimental identification, theory analysis, numerical simulation and other methods to analyze the inducing factors of rock blast hazard in the mining process of Dongtan coal mine 43up13 comprehensive working surface. And thus it classifies the tunneling and mining process of rock blast hazard zones, and finally works out a set of suitable measures for the prevention and treatment of such conditions of rock blast hazard in coal mine.Through field monitoring, the geological conditions of working surfaces of 43up13 are determined, and the secondary stress and the law of the ore pressure during the tunnel excavation and the miningare predicted. Through the impact tendency experiment of the coal seam and the roof, it determines that the coal seam and the roof rock of 3up have the tendency of impact, and at the same time, it takes the drilling hole impact experiment of coal seam and determines the critical pressure of the impact of the borehole.Through the analysis of the disturbance theory in the adjacent goaf, the stress concentration area of the excavation and extraction is determined.By means of numerical simulation, the effect of the multiple overlap of the goaf to the working surface is further determined.Through the prediction and classification of the miningdangerous zones of 43up13 working surface, and on the basis, it proposed large diameter drilling hole discharge pressure, deep hole blasting pressure unloading ad other treatment scheme, conducts the field application, and gets good results.The research of this paper has an important guiding role for the similar mining working face; at the same time, it also provides certain technical support for the safety production of mining, laying a certain foundation for the risk prevention and control of impact danger. |
