When coal mining is in deep mining, ground stress increase is nonlinear, rock burst frequency has increased dramatically in the process of exploitation, and its damage is more serious. Therefore, the occurrence of rock burst must be controled, borehole pressure relief and blast pressure relief are the effective measures of preventing rock burst, and the effect can be effectively evaluated by using drilling cuttings method.Based on drilling cuttings method and rock burst theory, by adopting the combination of theoretical analysis、numerical simulation and field experiment methods, the test effect of predicting rock burst is studied by using drilling cuttings method. The elastic solution、 ideal elastic-plastic solution、plastic softening solution and damage solution of drilling cuttings are solved, drilling cuttings index of critical state is determined by the relationship between drilling cuttings and coal mass stress. The study of drilling cuttings is done and found that the drilling cuttings curve drawn based on a large number of data from the field tests can be divided into three types, rock burst hazard index of working face is obtained. Using numerical simulation method, the effect of drilling cuttings method is simulated, its effect is consistent with the actual. Using variation of drilling cuttings weight and dynamic phenomenon in the process of stiking borehole pressure relief, measure effect that the method of pressure relief drilling and blast pressure relief are used to prevent rock burst in work face is analyzed by the method of compare and analysis. The analytical results show that the method of pressure relief drilling can reduce rock burst hazard, and the method of blast pressure relief can effectively remove rock burst. |
