| In recent year,the construction of oil fields has developed rapidly in our country,cost management model is also more diversified,the more construction offer low costs and more underlying costs in process.As a result of significantly increase in surface construction projects at The Changqing Oilfield,many cost problems in project management are revealed gradually,especially in Productivity Construction Engineering Surface and Engineering Gathering.Although The Changqing Oilfield purposes and introduces a variety of control methods to solve situation of construction project cost and to get some results,it did not form an exhaustive,systematic,practical set of construction cost control theory.Therefore,in order to achieve its full controlled and avoid an overview situation,establishing a suitable project management system is necessary.In this paper,the starting point is a gathering project of united station in The Changqing Oilfield.Through the use of construction project management theory and project cost management theory,it demonstrates some problems in surface construction project,HR management and enterprise management,focusing on analyzing the systems,project managements which will occur in a project process in detail.Secondly,through the above analysis,it can make suggestions to solve problems.From the actual situation of The Changqing Oilfield surface engineering project,which is controlled by gathering enterprise,in order to promote effective operation of The Changqing Oilfield,people need to update the control system in project construction cost,set a project manager for the core,establish of project construction cost dynamic control system and improve the system of the project cost assessment etc.Finally,the paper summarizes and points out the practical significance of the conclusions of the paper,we hope the views and opinions presented in this paper can provide a scientific and effective reference to The Changqing Oilfield and other oilfield companies in the future. |
