| Drying of high sticky and waterish material has always been a difficulty in drying industry.On the one hand,the viscosity and humidity of material is so high that it is difficult to extract and dry.On the other hand,there are many disadvantages in existing dryers for drying sticky and waterish material.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new pattern sticky and waterish material dryer.This paper is written on basis of using the theory of drying sticky and waterish material and referring to the advantages of dryers handling viscous material.With the given parameter,the mass balance and heat balance of viscous humidity dryer are carried out using the theoretical analysis method.The sticky and waterish dryer consists of tossing mechanism,feeding and discharging device,hot air distribution and so on.Using for reference of the working principle of vertical air mixing dryers,the structure of the main components is designed.And the material of these parts is selected.After that,the structure of the dryer has been finished.With the method of finite element analysis,the statics analysis and modal analysis of tossing mechanism are carried out using the analysis software of ANSYS.The results show that the strength of the tossing mechanism is enough.In the sticky and waterish material dryer designed in this paper,the spiral blade on the tossing mechanism is used to chip and throw off the material quickly.Therefore,the contact area of the drying material and hot wind is increased.And the drying efficiency is raised.The results of mechanical calculation and strength analysis show that the strength of the components satisfies the requirements. |
