Backing the project of my supervisor, I has made the analysis to structure dynamics (Modal analysis, Harmony response analysis) of Disc’s Vibration Dryer after statics analysis by software Ansys. According to kinematics principle, I has made Disc’s Vibration Dryer’s kinematics simulation by software Adams. Besides, In order to getting meaningful Analysis result and giving the reasonable improvement comment, I had made the data fitting to the result and carried on visualization processing to the data through software Matlab. The paper mainly includes the content:Establishing the three-dimensional model of Disc’s Vibration Dryer for Ansys analysis. Making the statics analysis of it by software Ansys after loading many times. Then obtained the stress and the strain.Making the structure dynamics analysis to Disc’s Vibration Dryer by Software Ansys:In order to obtaining the first ten step natural frequency and the mode of vibration, I have made the non-pre-stressed modal analysis to it by the ways of Block Lanczos. After that, I done the pre-stressed modal analysis and obtained the ten step natural frequency and the mode of vibration too. Then Made the contrast to two results, Analysised the influence of pre-stressed to vibrating system’s dynamic characteristic; Made the harmony response analysis to Disc’s Vibration Dryer by the way of Full, Obtained the frequency response function curve, Confirmed the reliability of the Vibrating Motor’s frequency.Based on ADAMS software, established Virtual Prototype of Disc’s Vibration Dryer and Maked the movement simulation to it, Analysised and processed simulation result. Besides,Obtained the relation-curves and the equations of the Installment’s angle of Vibration Motor to Each kind of oscillation amplitude(Displacement, Speed, Acceleration, Angular Speed,Angle acceleration).Meanwhile, obtained the relation-curves and the equations of Vibration Isolation Spring Constant to the Each kind of oscillation amplitude. Provided the reasonable basis for studying the motion law of dry material.
