This subject comes from the national natural science fund project(51175388)"the evolution mechanism of response to demand changes to the design process and dynamic control method research" and WISCO-Wuhan university of science and technology produce-learn-research project(WISCO technology 2013-078)"steelmaking factory No.3 branch factory 1# continuous caster steel ladle weighing system localization research",in view of the common problem of domestic continue caster steel ladle weighing system weighing sensor damage,cable winding strain,limit device failure and poor response sensitivity,No.1 caster ladle weighing system in No.3 branch factory in steel-making plant of WISCO as an object for research.The study found that there is a huge horizontal and vertical wallop when the conticaster ladle is put in,once the spacing device is failure,it will cause fatal damage to the weighing sensor.Therefore,the research and development of the spacing device become the research emphasis in this paper.In this paper,with the help of finite element analysis software Workbench,simulation analyzed the horizontal spacing device on the heat-structure coupling,analyzed the performance of horizontal spacing device affected by different lining cushion material,Proved that the metal rubber material is superior to other materials.Modeled the dynamic characteristics of the weighing system weighing sensor using the Matlab,then analyzing the step response curve,got optimized compensate scheme by the use of time-varying filter,significantly increased the speed of the dynamic response and weighing precision of the weighing sensor.The result shows that metal rubber can replace silicone rubber as the spacing device lining buffer material,which can effectively improve the service life of the limiter.The time-varying filter can significantly increase the speed of dynamic response and weighing precision of the weighing sensor.In this article,the result of the research has a certain guiding significance and rapid weighing technology.This article research has very high application value and independent innovation of guiding significance for the development of large ladle weighing system of continuous casting machine,Besides,the results also have demonstration effect on the independent guarantee of key components in major device in "Made in China 2025".
