| In the oil drilling industry,traditional logging technology identifies and discovers oil and gas layers based on oil and gas information carried by the return drilling fluid.This technology is difficult to perform real-time detection and quantitative analysis of underground oil and gas,which restricts the development of measurement while drilling.The cuttings logging technology comprehensively evaluates downhole drilling conditions,wellbore purification levels,and downhole reservoir information by collecting,analyzing,and describing drilling debris.At present,oilfield technical service companies at home and abroad have gradually carried out research on cuttings weighing technology and equipment.The goal is to install cuttings weighing devices on the drilling platform to realize dynamic weighing of drilling cuttings and assisting while drilling.The measurement system works safely and reliably.The weighing process needs to be realized by the drilling cuttings dynamic weighing system.The working effect directly affects the normal operation of the logging work.It is of great practical significance to carry out the design and research work of the drilling cuttings dynamic weighing device.To this end,this paper carried out the design of the drilling cuttings dynamic weighing system and the analysis of the factors affecting the weighing accuracy,in order to realize the multiple functions and working processes of the dynamics weighing of the cuttings,and complete the design scheme of the dynamic weighing principle of cuttings.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,summarizes the research status of drilling and cutting dynamic weighing technology at home and abroad,and puts forward the main content of the research on the current research status.Then,through the comparative analysis of the drilling debris dynamic weighing system scheme,the overall design scheme of the system is determined,including the basic composition and workflow of the system.Secondly,the influence factors of the dynamic weighing system are analyzed,including the influence of the system software and hardware on the accuracy,mainly the analysis and selection of the load cell,the number of sensors and the accuracy influence factors,the selection of the drive motor and the motor.The effect of the speed on the accuracy and the impact of the designed cuttings collection on the accuracy.The design of the system software,including the design of the system human-computer interaction interface,the processing method of the cuttings data and the design of the database,enable the software to complete the data reception of the load cell,the dynamic display of the cuttings data,the quantitative processing and calculation of the data.,system calibration of drilling parameters and database-based access,query,statistics and other functions.Finally,an experimental platfonn for drilling cuttings dynamic weighing device was built,a reasonable experimental procedure was developed,and the working environment of the well site was simulated.The performance experiment and precision impact experiment of the drilling cuttings dynamic weighing system were carried out.The source of error of the system is proposed,and the experience is accumulated for the improvement of the system in the future. |
