Jingbian Industrial Park,1.8 Million Tons Of Methanol Synthesis Technology Research Precast/Year Plant Large Diameter Thick-walled Alloy Tube

With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry,the construction of large chemical plant has also increased sharply while the engineering quantity of pipe prefabrication and installation accounts for the considerable proportion in it.And what's more,the diversity of materials,the excellent quality requirements of installation and technology,the high costs of machinery and labor involving in pipe prefabrication and installation has been also required.To speed up the construction projects,shorten the construction period,improve the installation quality and its economic efficiency,it will be better to apply the modularization of prefabricating pipes.Our company has done a lot in this field including the early construction of mobile container pipe prefabrication workstation to the Jingbian Energy and Chemical pipe prefabrication production line,it is the important way to ensure the quality of project,improve construction speed and reduce its costs by perfecting the level of prefabricating and pre-depth pipeline construction.In this paper,I use the field investigation analysis,data analysis,comprehensive analysis and other methods to make studies in Jingbian Industrial Park.Mainly Introducing the relevant theories of large diameter thick-walled alloy tube(42 ",? = 50mm)pipe prefabrication including the concepts,advantages,models and processes of pre-field pipelines,and discussing the pipe prefabrication programs including the general idea of the large diameter thick-walled alloy tube(42 ",? = 50mm)prefabricated,the process of the large diameter thick-walled alloy tube(42 ",? = 50mm)workflow,the staff the organization and the control of prefabricated process,analyzing and solving the problems involving in improper personnel management,inappropriate material control and slow construction progress.Also in the paper I propose and apply the optimization process on the production line,assembly system,the mechanical groove machined parts and rail transport tube cars in Jingbian industrial Park,1.8 million tons of / year methanol synthesis unit large-caliber thick-walled alloy tube(42 ",?= 50mm)pre-process.It could meet the requirements of construction quality in the park.At the same time it could also shorten the construction time,improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.By this way it can lay the foundation on the modularization and assembly in the construction of workstation.
