A Design And Research On Machinning System Of Blind Hole In Inner Wall For Perforating Gun

The inner wall blind hole is the normal fabrication hole and fabrication problem in the machining process.It has many difficulties in observation,chip removal and directly processing.Nowadays,the inner wall blind hole of shallow hole process technologies are better enough,which including electrolysis,aided frock and supplement welding via hole.With the develop of industry products,there are more and more inner wall blind holes of deep hole which are used in parts standing for perforating gun inner wall blind hole processing.However,the inner wall blind hole of deep hole machining technology is still in blank.Therefore,the study of inner wall blind hole of deep hole technology is beneficial to the innovation of our national manufacturing industry.This paper proposes a new type of perforating gun inner wall blind hole processing system through analyzing the characteristics of the existing blind hole processing technology,which is researched on the perforating gun inner blind hole technology.This system can process the inner blind hole with good automation degree,high machining precision,as well as automatic feed,cutting tool cooling and chip remove functions.Based on this system,this article puts forward a kind of inner blind he specific structure of the device by analyzing the difficulty of processing technology in this blind hole.After overall scheme design,detailed structure design,finite element analysis,the physical device is developed and manufactured.Through the blind hole drilling test,the feasibility of the project is verified and the machining accuracy is acquired.All different kinds of test obtain the ideal machining precision.The experimental results show that the design of perforating gun inner blind hole processing device can successfully process inner blind hole with smooth operation and better processing effect.Meanwhile,perforating gun inner wall blind hole processing system provides a new approach to inner wall blind hole of deep hole.
