Ultra-precision machining technology is widely applicable in many areas, including nuclear energy, aerospace, military industry. It is commonly applicable in precision parts. The blind-holes of accurate electrodes which will be processed have high precision requirements. It cannot meet the processing requirements by low accuracy processing method. This article applies ultra-precision machining technology to cut blind-hole.According to the characteristics of high precision, thin wall, small allowance, this article employs the theory of thin-walled elastic recovery to cut the thin wall of blind-hole. Find the difference between the traditional cutting and the thin wall cutting, researching the relationship between minimum chip thickness and chip formation. Calculate the minimum chip thickness, and the instantaneous blind-hole machining cutting thickness. Calculate the force and cutting heat.This article designs tool path trajectory to fly-cut blind- hole by ultra-precision machining technology. Tip forms circle through the rolling tool and the rolling workpiece. Design a high-precision, high stability of dense ball shaft.According to the material properties, structure, accuracy processing size, study the machining sequence, allowance and tool material by combining relevant process parameters. This article analyses the reasons of the deforming blind-holes, work to prevent and solve morph.Research the key technology when ultra-precision fly-cutting blind-hole, analyze the influence between the length of the cantilever and the mode, rigidity of the cutting tool. C hoose heat transfer method of spray jet discharge and reasonable parameters of cutting fluid, spray angle, cutting fluid loading methods, nozzle height. Select reasonable positioning clamping scheme. Propose correction method of blind bias.Experiments summarized optimum cutting parameters when ultra-precision fly-cutting the workpiece of the blind hole. Obtain the spindle speed, feed rate, thickness of cut. Use the optimum parameters for ultra-precision fly-cutting 6061 aluminum round hole, oxygen free copper hole, 6061 long hole aluminum electrode. Test surface roughness, thickness, parallelism, plane degree.
