In our oil and gas field exploration,the beam pumping unit is dominant,along with the carbon fiber rod itself has a good performance that is widely used,it is necessary to study their match with the beam pumping unit.This paper puts forward a design about the beam pumping unit suiting for carbon fiber sucker rod.Through the comprehensive optimization of the beam pumping unit,the body’s optimization parameters to match with the carbon fiber sucker rod.By analyzing the plunger over-travel theory,got two models of sucker rod string and obtained the relationship between the displacement and load amplification factor with the frequency ratio.According to the frequency coefficients range of carbon fiber mixing rod column can obtain the natural frequency range of it and with the pumping speed can obtain the frequency ratio,and then get the load and displacement amplification factor.According to analysis the motion law of suspension center on the beam pumping unit,including the kinematics and dynamics analysis.Researches the longitudinal vibration characteristics of carbon fiber sucker rod string assemble in beam pumping unit,and establishes a carbon fiber rod string dynamic simulation model.By analyzing ground boundary condition,gained the variation law of ground boundary condition of carbon fibers rod string.Optimization of ground boundary condition of carbon fibers rod string gained the optimization ground boundary condition of maximum stroke of pump.Based on the beam pumping unit,pumping unit optimization model is established.The objective function and constraint function of design variable is defined.Comprehensive optimization based on Particle Swarm algorithm for the beam pumping unit.With examples,the stroke,performance and parameters of pump of pumping unit is analyzed before and after optimization design.Obtained after optimization of beam pumping unit greater pump stroke,and increased oil production.
