As the exploitation of oil resources is becoming more difficult, the pumping unit which can adapt to difficult mining appeared gradually.Beam hydraulic pumping unit as one of the new type pumping unit is become an important force in the oil extraction.Enhancing work efficiency, improving athletic performance, improving working stability, to realize intelligent remote control, are the main directions of the study of the hydraulic pumping unit, the progress of the technology will surely take great economic benefits to the extraction of crude oil.This article cite YCYJ10-5.4-7.5hydraulic pumping unit produced by Daqing oilfield machinery as the research object, finished a series of analysis, research and optimization design.(1) Using the plural vector method to the movement of the pumping unit has been analyzed.Using theoretical mechanics equilibrium theorem, this paper analyzes the force of the moving member.Polished rod load of oil pumping unit have been analyzed, and pumping units under various loading indicator diagram are proposed(2) The minimum of polished rod acceleration, the highest transmission efficiency, the minimum angular angle of oil cylinder, the minimum stroke of the oil cylinde for optimization goals, main body sizes of the mechanical transmission of oil pumping unit are optimized, and get the optimal solution of design variables, the oil cylinder reduced0.2°angular angle than the original.stroke on the polished rod acceleration reduced0.7m/s2; System efficiency increased by12%, total angular angle of beam is54°.(3) Based on Pro/E behavior modeling method, which is designed for strength variable cross-section beam and truss type of an ass head and then were optimized.To make the beam and the donkey head more reasonable, materials with higher rate more high, the beam and the donkey head save material0.96tons and0.98tons respectively(4) the AMESim model of the hydraulic system was set, with the simulation load, the cylinder, piston components such as dynamic data, which calculate the efficiency of the hydraulic system is85.7%.(5) In the Pro/E the3d model of hydraulic beam pumping unit were established and the import of3d models to the dynamics analysis software ADAMS, the dynamics simulation model of pumping unit is established, through the simulation run, the change law of dynamics parameters of pumping unit, the simulation results verify the accuracy of the above optimization design.(6) Using the AMESim and ADAMS, the interaction of the interface, the establishment of a hydraulic pumping unit machine-liquid joint simulation model of the pumping unit simulation,which is more in real working condition.On the basis of the joint simulation, test the hydraulic pumping unit of the motion parameters, mechanical parameters, hydraulic fluid parameters change rule.Test the hydraulic pumping unit system efficiency by70.3%, increased efficiency by12%.This paper studies the storage charge pressure effect the balance of the system, and the batch simulation are used to determine the best accumulator charging pressure, make designed balance by the theory of0.874to0.915.
