Therefore, it is necessary to the appearance of low value by-product skim rubber can be improved to improve the added value of natural rubber in the manufacturing process, to further broaden the application field of skim rubber. In this paper, the preparation process is improved, select suitable for soaking liquid skim rubber chemical immersion, to improve the appearance and mechanical properties of skim rubber. At the same time, the preparation of silica/skim rubber composites, and the difference meter, density meter, electronic tensile testing machine, RPA GC-MS, TG, DMA, DSC, atomic absorption spectrometer and the indexes of rubber and composites of rubber, structure and performance are analyzed.The skim rubber’s processing branch of the four processing factories of Hainan Rubber Group were analyzed.
