| As non-renewable resources petroleum are depleting, Research of the textiles are turnning target to natural polymer materials. Chitosan is the second largest natural polymer, because of its good spinnability, natural antibacterial, adhesion, biocompatibility and its huge annual production, the chitosan fiber has begun to replace traditional chemical fiber products and play an important role in the production, hunman life and medical field. Ionic liquid is a new style of green and environmental protection solvent attracting public attention. Few known ionic liquid that can dissolve chitosan and with harsh conditions, dissolving amount was very limited, the solution viscosity was considerable. Therefore, looking for a suitable ionic liquid solvent to dissolve the chitosan become problems to be solved.This paper addresses the chitosan as the main body, arounding this environmentally friendly ionic liquid solvent, mainly carries out three aspects of research works in order to prepare the chitosan modified fiber:1. Aspartic acid hydrochloride ionic liquid was.synthesized using 36% concentrated hydrochloric acid and aspartic, and its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. Discussing the effect of ionic liquid adding amount and solution temperature on chitosan solubility. It comes to a conclusion that chemical reaction was not occoured during the dissolving process comparing chitosan material with regeneration chitosan on infrared spectroscopy, TGA and XRD. The regenerated chitosan has not occurred changes in the structure.2.Cyanoethyl chitosan was synthesized with alkali chitosan which was treated by acrylonitrile, a certain concentration of cyanoethylated chitosan spinning solution was prepared by dissolving cyanoethylated chitosan in [Asp]Cl ionic liquid aqueous solution, then the solution was spun into fiber, while acrylonitrile treat chitosan reaction time was 3h, soluble in [Asp] Cl Ionic liquids aqueous solution and formating 7.5wt% spinning solution, using VNaOH:VEthanol= 1:1 (mass fraction of 10% NaOH solution) mixture solution as coagulation bath, coagulation bath temperature was 30℃,the fiber was prepared under a certain pressure and its breaking strength was 2.212CN/dtex.3. A certain viscosity spinning solution was prepared with dissolving different mass ratios of chitosan and PVP, using VNaOH:VEthanol=1:1 (mass fraction of 10% NaOH solution) mixture solution as coagulation bath, coagulation bath temperature was 30℃,silking with good mechanical properties were prepared by wet spinning under a certain pressure, fibers forming in the air after washing. Infrared spectroscopy and SEM of the fibers show that chitosan has good compatibility with PVP. When the quality ratio of chitosan and PVP was 4:3 fibers has the best breaking strength was 2.38CN/dtex, water retention value was 210%. |
