| Gas extraction is the most effective measures to solve hazard of coal gas and ulitize gas resource. Aiming at characteristics of large coal seam thickness, high gas content, a large quantity of gas emission at 205 working face in Tingnan mine, to design gas extraction scheme.Applies field measurement and laboratory determination acquire gas basic parameters and use the different-source forecast method and statistical analysis method forecast amount of gas emission at the face, which laid foundation for gas extraction design. Combining the reality of the mine and coal face gas emission characteristics, put forward combined gas control scheme with using long cross drill and kilometer directional drill to strengthen coal seam pre-drainage (draining while mining) and excavating high gas drainage gate drainage goaf. Use FLUENT numerical simulation software to simulate the different position of high gas drainage gate, results show that the proper gate position are horizontal distance 25 m,and vertical distance are 21 m.Through analysis of the field data, with pre-drainage coal seam gas content gone down 2.11 m3·t-1, the face’s average gas drainage efficiency reach to 77.82%, the mine gas drainage efficiency are 57.63%.Furthermore, working face’s gas comprehensive control design scheme ensuring the mining safety, and reach to expect effect. And also the scheme set a gas extraction solution design guidance to near working face and mine. |
