| In the field of risk management, there are many academic articles about researching for single risk, the study of the possibility and the severity of risk is relatively mature, however,with the development of science and technology, more and more risks are in three-dimensional space, but the current risk research is based on the simple sum of the individual risk assessment results without considering the interaction between risks, which leads to the risk assessment results are either overestimated or underestimated, making the results of the study is not accurate.Proceed from the main problems existing in regional risk assessment at home and abroad and the main problems existing in the research process. First, based on risk identification and evaluation methods and accident causation theory, detailed system analysis was made to explore the relationship between hazard and safety risk, with the application of the statistical data of enterprise accident and accident risk qualitative evaluation method of RAC matrix,some types of major accidents of enterprises was identified which have an important impact on the system. Secondly, referring to the relevant concepts of field theory, regional risk field evaluation model was established and proved that the field possesses with the characters of superposition. Then the concept of personal risk was put up considered from the point of view of the probability and severity of the risk which determined the effect of overlap risk. At the same time, and the shortcomings of the traditional personal risk calculation was pointed out.Finally, based on the major accident model, the interaction model of multiple major hazard accidents impact on regional risk was established, and transfer function was introduced to quantitatively describe the interactions among the major hazards, and ultimately modified the personal risk calculation method. |
