TFe content of domestic iron concentrate is lower,SiO2 content is very high, generally about 5% to 11%. High levels SiO2 can cause low-grade iron in the sintered ore, iron grade of furnace charge into blast furnace falters have a great impact on improving the utilization factor of the blast furnace. In addition, high content of SiO2 in iron ore is caused high blast furnace coke, high slag ratiolow yield, low efficiency of the underlying causes.Through the research of mineral process mineralogy and chemical multi-element analysis, The TFe content of core sample is 62.95%, the content of SiO2 is 11.41%, containing a small amount of Al2O3, CaO and MgO, magnetite possession rate of 97.48%.Through the ore screening, the undersize products and ore magnetic separation condition test, access to iron grade 70.21%, iron recovery was 86.79%. The oversize products and magnetic middling ore carried out finely ground - magnetic separation and reverse flotation tests, developed a reagent system, NaOH500g/t?DF500g/t?CaO400g/t? MD400g/t, determine the opened-closed circuit experiment used one roughing two scavenging flotation process.Through the process of five structures were experimentally comparison, the final choose the fine grinding reconcentration-combined magnetic separation-oversize and middling fine grinding-reverse flotation flowsheet. Indicators of their products were determined,Got the TFe content was 69.96%, the SiO2 content of 2.82%, iron recovery of 98.43% iron concentrate,indicators can meet the industrial requirements.
