Study On Coal And Gas Outburst Early Warning System And Application In Sihe Mine

Sihe coal mine belongs to Jincheng Coal Industry Group is a high gas outburst coal mine. In order to enhance the prevention capacity of gas outburst, to improve safety management, and to improve mine safety situation, the key issues which need urgently resolved is developing an effective and advanced gas outburst warning system.According to the geological conditions and explore mining methods of Sihe coal mine, we used a method combined of on-site investigation, law summary, index system study, software development and field test, had studied the Sihe coal mine warning indicators of the gas outburst warning model, had established Sihe coal mine gas outburst disaster warning indicators system model, and had developed a gas outburst warning system which consists of seven sub-systems, that are the gas geological analysis systems, the geological survey management system, the dynamic outburst prevention management system, the mining schedule management system, the monitoring data analysis system, the early warning systems and outstanding management platform, and the gas outburst warning website. Using W23012 tunnel, W23013 tunnel, W23015 tunnel, W23011 tunnel, and 3303 measures tunnel as an example of the practical application of this system, and the system works well.The using of the system has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving safety in Sihe coal mine management and improving production efficiency, the system has an important reference for the analogous mine.
