| Nowadays energy is so important that oil is recognized as the mother of the industry, as well as coal feeds. Today coal has always being demand, though dwindling and being substituted or alternated by other new energy such as solar,wind,tidal energy and so on.Then in China lots of colliery easy mining are going to stop production.With the increasing depth and the strength of the mining, high gas outburst colliery proportion is significantly enhanced.Temping of attractive benefits, some collieries anthropogenical ignore the potential hazards and keeping illegal production which caused coal outburst and gas emission incidents frequently. Because of the cause of the outburst is complex besides of the anthropogenic causes, it’s increasingly happening year after year,eventhough our country formulated,issued,promulgated kinds of practices, outburst prevention regulations and so on named as "Four in one".Faceing of the status quo, this paper gives a designed and complemented early warning system based on years of research, referenced and analyzed the monitoring data of the heading face in coal mines.In this paper, a Gas Emission in Heading Face Dynamic Coal and Gas Outburst Early Warning System was established. The system elaborated and analysised the mechanism of the outburst, based on the IT, network techniques, mathematical algorithms, massive data acquisition, topology and GIS spatial analysis technology, and was validated in many collieries. |
