| Inclinable rotary work table are widely used of the linkage shaft as its continuous indexing, positioning accuracy, stable operation and other characteristics. The application of inclinable rotary worktable is suitable for processing many kinds of complicated structure parts, and it play an important role in bearing processing industry. Rolling bearings are the supporting parts witch widely used in the mechanical industry, and required, and the traditional spherical roller bearing cage production characteristics is:processing cycle is long, manufacturing cost is high, the process is complex, the production efficiency is low, the products quality is not stable. Due to these factors, we need to technological innovation, break the traditional processing method. Using new manufacture process and new machine tool to achieve the improvement of the manufacturing level of bearing cage are necessary.The main contents are presented as follows:(1) Through analysis and research on domestic and foreign processing method and processing equipment about spherical roller bearing cage. Provide a new method for the machining of bearing cage and the development plan of processing equipment. Ensure the accuracy requirements of bearing cage:Indexing accuracy of the arc groove, the angle of inclination and so on.(2) Through analysis the structure characteristics and the processing characteristics of spherical roller bearing cage. Determine the overall plan, the function of each part of the machine tool and the interaction with each other with research team. Formulate the main technical parameters and accuracy requirements of the Drilling and Boring Center for Machining Bearing Cage.(3) Developed the core component-- inclinable rotary worktable according to the general requirements of the NC vertical drilling and boring center, to achieve the incline function, the rotation function, as well as the guarantee of rotary accuracy requirements. The selection of the parameters of the servo motor, the strength of the gear pair and the worm gear are checked.(4) Research on the assembly precision and the method witch can guarantee the precision of the inclinable rotary worktable. Test the incline and the indexing accuracy of the worktable, to ensure that it meets the requirements of the overall plan of the machine tool. After the completion of the machine tool assembly, do the actual cutting experiment of spherical roller bearing cage. |
