Accuracy Calibration Of The Rotary Steerable Drilling Tool

With the development of era,the requirements of the oil drilling technology is more and more high,All kinds of complicated environment of oil well drilling,prompting the development of drilling technology to innovate.Rotary steering drilling is a new kind of mature and effective drilling technology.When drilling,it is able to control the three dimensional hole trajectory without frequent trip.This paper is to analysis orientation error of the rotary steering drilling.First,studied the overall design of the test-bed of the drilling tool and simply illustrates the role of each part.The parts selection of the test-bed are calculated and strength-checked.Secondly,studied the error measurement method,error separation method and assessment method of the rotary steering drilling tool,through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method,based on the engineering needs of the rotary steering drilling tool spindle,choose the most suitable method for further research..Finally,the three point method is used to study the separation and evaluation of the rotation error.The experimental subject for the drill pipe of the rotary steering drilling tool,testing the guiding errors of two point method and three point method separately in the idling condition and simulating the rotation error of three point method under the condition of drilling;By comparing the two groups rotating error value s of the experiment,proved the three point error separation method is effective.Compare the results of experiment with the data of the internal monitoring system,correcting the precision of the rotary steering drilling tool.To sum up,through the research of background,theoretical and experimental,has realized the error of spindle of drill pipe test.And take the precision correction of the rotary steering drilling tool,which has great significance in engineering application and prospects.
