Pahs compounds is a kind of carcinogenic, teratogenic and causing mutation environmental pollutants. It can accumulate in the environment, and dose harm seriously on the body, therefore, it is paid much attention to by people. This study reviews comprehensively on atmosphere pahs separation analysis technology as foudation, and establishs fast, accurate sampling analysis methods about gas phase particles and pollution sources pollution resulted in pahs,.This paper studies the environmental air pahs sample collection, separation and analysis technology. On the basis of previous studies, it establishes soxhlet extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and liquid chromatographic analysis method, using large, medium flow sampling ambient air and particulate samples, soxhlet extraction 8 hours, and purifies, then gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography quantitatively, the analysis result shows that this method is simple, rapid, well reproducible and low detection limit.This article determinates 16 Pahs compounds of air and waste gases by gas chromatography mass spectrometry and takes experimental conditions. And it applied successfully to the determination of Shenyang environmental air quality. Results show that: methylene chloride and aether/are hexane can be used for extracting acquisition pahs. When sorbents was XAD-2 with polyurethane foam (PUF), extracted by ether/are hexane (10/90); When sorbents was XAD-2 resin, extracted by ether/are hexane (10/90) extracted or 100% methylene chloride. Silica gel column and Florida silicon soil column either can be used for pahs samples purification, The recovery rate is between 72.3%?108%. Pahs detection limit for 0.04?0.14?g/ml. When 100L/min acquisition environment with air 18h, sample concentrate to 1.0 ml, detect limit for 0.5?1.3 ng/m3, determination of floor of 1.9?5.2 ng/m3, When the isokinetic acquisition exhaust sample 1 m3, sample is concentrated to 1.0 ml, detect limit is 0.05?0.14?g/m3, determination of lower limit is 0.20?0.56?g/m3. Relative standard deviation of measuring standard sample is below 15%, RSD of realistic samples is below 20%. The recovery of real samples was all above 45%.This paper studies air and waste gases in 16 pahs compounds analysis method with HPLC, and research the experimental conditions. The results show that the various components dosen't interfere with each other, and have high separating degreewhen the selected chromatographic column and analysis conditions. Pahs detection limit is 0.01?0.04?g/ml. When gathered environment air 18h by 100L/min, detect limit is 0.09-0.4 ng/m3. When gathered exhaust sample 1m3, detect limit is 0.01?0.04?g/ml. the relative standard deviation of measuring standard sample is below 15%. Real samples is prevented the recovery are all more than 50 percent.The current domestic of standard method on air and waste gases pahs basically provided method of hpops [a] pyrene.The dust and the mass concentration were determined. This study is to develop a method of gas phase particles is determination in the total pahs, simple, rapid, for the flow of air and waste gases pahs in the determination of compounds provides the reliable sampling and separation detection method, the more accurately reflect the pahs in the air content.
