In recent years, with the rapid development of coal science and technology, production practice and equipment level, the technological study, industrial design and engineering application has developed further at home and abroad. As the key equipment for the working face of fully-mechanized coal winning, the hydraulic support has become the key element for the success of fully-mechanized coal winning and had an important influence on coal safety production. The base of hydraulic support is an important part of the hydraulic support and its main effect is to transmit the press from the roof to the baseboard. Therefore, the base of hydraulic support must meet the demand of strength, stiffness, stability and so on.The dissertation is rooted in the project of Sany Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd that the numerical analysis of the reconstruction project for the base of hydraulic support, which is filled with reinforced concrete. By filling the base of hydraulic support with reinforced concrete, the subject realized the reconstruction of the steel base of hydraulic support. The dissertation compared the computing results of the two structures of the base of hydraulic support by numerical analysis methods and confirmed the reconstruction project of the base of hydraulic support finally. The type of hydraulic support, which the dissertation adopted, is ZF2400/16/24, but the reconstructive methods and analytic methods have referential meanings to other types of hydraulic support.The analytical procedures of the steel and steel-concrete composite base of hydraulic support:firstly, building the geometric model of the base of hydraulic support by Pro/E, importing the geometric model to ANSYS by the special joint connecting Pro/E with ANSYS and making further efforts to amend and rebuild the geometric model; secondly, converting the geometric model into the finite element model by defining material properties, defining element types, meshing and so on, for the steel-concrete composite base of hydraulic support, needing building the finite model of reinforced concrete further; finally, by defining boundary conditions and loading, analyzing and comparing the steel and the two projects of the steel-concrete composite base of hydraulic support.By analyzing the calculating results and the costs of two kinds of the base of hydraulic supports under the different work conditions, I made the project of the steel-concrete composite base of hydraulic support achieve the goal of saving costs as the same as meeting mechanical characteristics. This dissertation succeeded in accomplishing the project of Sany Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd, and laying the substantial foundation for later experimental studies, actual projects and the studies of new types of the base of hydraulic support partly.
