Environmental problems facing the long-term heavy economic and environmental light were exposed continuously and increasingly serious ecological environment situation of world resources, human society is suffering from a variety of resources and environmental problems. China is no exception. Since the construction of the harmonious society and the socialist concept of rule of law thought have been put forward, our country increasingly pays attention to the construction of ecological civilization. However, haze, cyanobacteria, "cancer village" and so on, all kinds of social and environmental problems, as the sword handle hung, has produced a serious threat to the health and economic development.At the same time, as the environment protection legislation to achieve the goal of pathway plays an important role in environmental law enforcement power, but the environment law enforcement power in our country is in the practice of law enforcement in an awkward predicament.
