| The forging pump press is one of the most widely used equipment for processing large forgings, and its development influences a national processing capacity of large forgings which is of great significance for the country’s economic construction and defense capabilities.The 36 MN forging pump press has been used for 5 years and now it has many problems. For example, the speed of moving transbeam’s falling is too fast, and the control accuracy needs to be improved. So, this paper mainly studies on the motor servo control system of 36 MN forging pump press, optimizing its operating system, improving its electrical control system, and developing its control software. Finally, successfully solve the problems of the above and achieve normal operation of the 36 MN forging pump press both in manual and automatic mode.36MN forging pump press adopts a operating system based on servo motor direct drive, which is of reliable control, simple structure, low cost and easy maintenance. Through analysis on characteristics of the main valve opens, solve the problem of the press falling too fast and large impact vibration. In addition, solve the problem of the selection of the servo motor system by theoretically calculating the valve opening force and the cam driving torque.The electric control system is a fieldbus control system based on PROFIBUS DP which is comprised of a PLC master station, a ET200 s PLC slave and a touch screen, which has good reliability, maintainability, operability and scalability. The touch screen serves as a human-machine interface which can monitor the process of forging, set parameters for automatic forging and display alarms. On the other hand, PLC is used to receive the input signals from the console and the touch screen, and then control the action of actuators as required.Develop the control software for 36 MN forging pump press based on STEP 7. Analysis the voltage variation algorithm of the manual control program and the speed control, the position control and their conversion of the automatic control program in detail in order to make the 36 MN forging hydraulic press work smoothly in manual mode and precisely in automatic mode. The automatic forging precision is ?2mm which has reached the expected demands successfully. |
