| In recent years,the investment and construction of LNG gas station is developing rapidly in our country. In the construction of LNG gasification station, station automatic monitoring and control system is an important component of the reasonable design of station monitoring system, not only can guarantee the normal work of the entire production process system, safe operation, and improve working conditions, but also improve the gas pipe network of modern control level and management efficiency.The issue of Dalian City,Liaoning Province, liquefied natural gas station monitoring system of a ship plant design background, Liquefied petroleum gas station monitoring system based on CAN bus is put forward the control scheme.The system of the lower machine chooses SHCAN intelligent control components, to achieve the tank pressure, level, gas concentration and temperature monitoring and alarm. We design the features lower machine configuration, and completed the lower machine assembled and tested; at the same time, the host computer selected Fix configuration software to complete the man-machine interface, through the design of monitoring, implementation of human-computer interaction, remote real-time monitoring and data record alarm, etc. Finally, we run the debugging and monitoring system, and show that this monitoring system to realize the communication between the upper and lower computer. And the operation is stable and reliable.This topic design of LNG station monitoring system has been successfully used in Dalian, and we validated the reliability and stability of the system through the practice, made the attempt for the application of SHCAN2000 field bus control system in gas station monitoring field. |
