| Desalination is a sunrise enterprise in the new century.It provides an unprecedented opportunity for China and the world to solve the freshwater crisis.Desalination means that humans can have fresh water resources that are inexhaustible.However,the high cost of desalination has greatly limited the further development of the desalination industry.How to reduce the cost of seawater desalination,so that desalination of seawater can be put into use on a large scale,has become a technical problem that desalination industry needs to be solved urgently,and it is also the key to whether desalination can be further developed.Qingdao is one of the coastal cities where China’s freshwater resources are scarce,and it is also a leading city for the desalination of seawater in China.BF Desalination Co.,Ltd.is the largest sea freshwater company in China,and the first desalination company in the country with a seawater desalination drinking water supply sanitation license.In this project,BF Desalination Co.,Ltd.was used as a research model to analyze desalination production processes and major equipment.Through data monitoring,the total cost of seawater desalination per unit time was calculated,and the main influencing factors of operating costs were analyzed.The SWOT method makes a specific analysis of the company’s internal and external environment,and formulates an operating cost control strategy that is consistent with the company’s current status based on environmental analysis.It mainly develops detailed control strategies from the three aspects of production cost,labor cost,and power cost,and optimizes the company’s operations.The cost control strategy,finally analyzed the company’s safeguard measures,set the company’s operational cost control direction,and provided conditions for the effective implementation of operational cost control strategies.It is hoped that the study in this paper can be used as a reference for the cost control of similar desalination companies. |
