In the spring,summer and autumn of 2015,study on spatiotemporal distribution of phytoplankton in the region of the six rivers of Duobukuer Nature Reserve,according to the distribution characteristics of the river,a total of 13 sampling points were set up for sampling analysis.Meanwhile,monitoring physical and chemical indicators of water quality.SPSS software was used to analyze the relationship between phytoplankton abundance,biomass and physicochemical indexes of water environment.Furthermore,according to the phytoplankton diversity and grey relational analysis on the comprehensive Duobukuer Nature Reserve for comprehensive evaluation of water quality.In Duobukuer Nature Reserve,a total of identified 7 phyla and 41 genera 66 species and varieties of phytoplankton.There are 39 species of Bacillariophyta,18 species of Chlorophyta,4 species of Cyanophyta,2 species of Cryptophyta,and a variety of Euglenophyta,Chrysophyta,Pyrrhophyta.The time distribution of phytoplankton species was the highest in autumn,which was 56 species,and the summer has the least which was 37 species.The dominant species of phytoplankton were identified 19 species in the whole year,including the11 species of Bacillariophyta,and each of the Chlorophyta,Cryptophyta,Cyanophyta and Chrysophyta was 1 species.The abundance of phytoplankton fluctuated between 12~2938.8×104ind/L.The maximum value appeared in the summer 6# sampling point,2938.8×104ind/L,and the minimum value appears in the autumn 13# sampling point,12×104ind/L.Biomass fluctuated between 0.06~4.45mg/L,the maximum value of 6# sampling point in summer was4.45mg/L,and the minimum value appeared in summer 12# sampling point,which was0.06mg/L.The average annual phytoplankton abundance and biomass were slightly higher than that in spring and autumn two seasons.Duobukuer Nature Reserve phytoplankton dominated by Bacillariophyta,Bacillariophyta were dominant in species composition(59.00%),dominant species(84.30%),biomass(68.00%)and abundance(75.00%),and annual change is not obvious.The results of SPSS correlation analysis of phytoplankton abundance,biomass and water quality showed that the abundance of phytoplankton in spring was negatively correlated with DO(P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between biomass and various physical and chemical factors;In summer,there was a significant positive correlation between phytoplankton abundance and biomass(P<0.01),and abundance was positively correlated with pH value(P<0.05);There was a significant positive correlation between phytoplankton abundance and biomass in autumn(P<0.01).The correlation analysis between phytoplanktondiversity and nutrient : The abundance and biomass of phytoplankton in spring were negatively correlated with NO2-N(P<0.05);There was a significant positive correlation between phytoplankton abundance and NO3-N(P<0.05)in summer,but there was no significant correlation between biomass and nutrients;The abundance and biomass of phytoplankton in autumn were positively correlated with the concentration of Fe(P<0.05,P<0.01).The Shannon-Wiener(H')diversity index fluctuated throughout the year at 1.60~4.33,and the Pielou(J)evenness index fluctuated between 0.31~0.75.Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H ')and Pielou evenness index(J)were used to evaluate the water quality of 13 sampling sites.The results showed that the water quality of Duobukuer Nature Reserve in good condition,only 6#,10#,12# sampling points belong to the ?-pollution,the rest of the sampling points belong to oligosaprobic-clean.By using the grey relational analysis and evaluation the water level of Duobukuer Nature Reserve,the results showed that the water quality of 5#,6#,9#,10#,11# sampling point had maximum correlation with the II water quality wherein the Surface Water Quality Standard(GB3838-2002),and the rest of the sampling sites had maximum correlation with I water quality.Results of comprehensive biodiversity index and grey relational analysis,Duobukuer Nature Reserve overall good water status,and the diversity of phytoplankton is abundant.Therefor,the water quality of Duobukuer Nature Reserve accord with the state of National Nature Reserve.
