TDLAS gas detection technology is used to the measurement of the relative humidity in the oven,can make a closed box a relatively stable temperature and humidity,the constant temperature and humidity have demand for such studies also laid the foundation,through the TDLAS technology research in the field testing,you can learn more about and study the TDLAS technology,also can give the device on the accuracy of the test,at the same time with the thermostat,ethanol sensors used at the same time,for further measure the complex environment,control the content of gases in a complex environment laid the foundation,and at the same time TDLAS can be applied to more and more widely.This paper concentrates on the premise of TDLAS gas detection technology in the application of gas,then to carried on the thorough understanding and application of the TDLAS technology,through understanding and learning the development present situation and the principle of TDLAS,apply it in the enclosed space,more clear all testing process of TDLAS detection technology.Also analyzed through a series of experimental data under the condition of the TDLAS application and accuracy analysis,specific content as follows:The founding of the first chapter introduces the research background,namely the TDLAS and spread up the history of foreign start early,also had certain development.China started relatively late,but also the immortal achievements.After detailed comparison and enumerates the TDLAS technology compared to the traditional advantages of infrared spectrum measurement,but also are briefly introduced in this paper,the main research instruments,then introduces the research significance of this article.The second chapter mainly introduced the TDLAS technology principle,every experiment to cannot leave the theory foundation of the foundation,the actual root Beer-Lambert's law,the law of a brief derivation,additional factors such as temperature and pressure was deduced and then affect the experiment.Il lustrates the main detection principle of the laser spectroscopy,and introduces the application in the experiment of TDLAS circuit board using the program,in cluding the format of the program instructions,communication and data frameformat.The third chapter is one of the focuses of this paper,mainly introduced the closed box model of the space,each part of the diagram shows,through graphic detail showing the TDLAS technology application of closed space model of the paper,and introduces in detail the closed space composition and function of each part,each part of the connection rule and its instructions.The fourth chapter is the results show that TDLAS technology is used to measure the relative humidity,presents how to choose the characteristic absorption peak first,to determine the detection of the band of the spectrum,explains how to correct relative humidity.Also introduces the thermostat temperature compensation of temperature measuring process should be how to determine the value.According to the test of the experimental data and further analysis,under stand the TDLAS in all aspects of the application.And according to the needs of different test,improve on to run the program.Also analyzed the thermostat temperature measuring process and again TDLAS measurement uncertainty factors in the process of wet.The fifth chapter is summary and prospect,mainly summarizes the deficiencies and problems in the experiment,and put forward the improvement process,and its application prospect in the field of further analysis.
