| This paper takes the nodal statics analysis as the starting point,at the beginning,thorough analyzing the limitation of torsion angle in the unit,adding additional cable member to improve the structure configuration,through the analysis of torsion angle,the configuration of the whole double layer structure is realized,and the stiffness analysis is carried out,including the analysis of the torsion angle,overlap rate and preload parameter in the unit.At last,the structure is topological by the odd-even topology.The specific process is as follows:First of all,through the mathematical modeling of the tensioned four-bar element,we use the force density method to analyze the torsional angle of the structure with limited structure stability,by adding additional cables,the torsion angle range of the structure is expanded,the structural configuration is enriched,and the torsion angle interval of the element satisfying the nodal force balance is obtained,and the two single layer structure is connected with the additional cable,which forms the complete structure of the tensioned whole double-layer structures.Andthen;the initial axial load and radial load was applied to the tensegrity structure respectively,the dynamic relaxation method is used to analysis the variation of each component in the structure,and with the change rule of the analysis result get,the flexibility of the component is replaced,and the development of the structure is realized;Through analyzing the parametersinfluencing the stiffness of the structure,and the rationality of the analysis is verified by the finite element method.Based on the results analysis,the influence of geometrical stiffness of structure on the overall stiffness of the structure is determined,the model is made to validate the folding effect;Based on the analysis of the topology of the double layer structure,the axial topology of the structure is consider,and the rigidity is analysis too.According to the topologyconstruction of modelvalidationrule is reasonable.The parameters of layer is consider the impact of the stiffness.Throughcomparativeanalysisverify the rationalityof the structureStiffnessAnalysis,anddescribes the structureof the geometricalstiffnessof the structureof a significantimpact;In this paper,through analyzing the torsion angle between units,constructing double-layer structure,flexible substitution analysis of structure,the parameters influencing the axial stiffness of structure are in the final analysis,and the feasibility of multilayer topology is verified by summing up the model. |
