This paper is an introduction of the ipt gene,which is activated by the regulation of the flowering meristem.Biochemical testing of the transgenic plants,biological morphology observation and physiological index detection,transgenic plants in biological traits,the resistant index after flowering,plant senescence,and ornamental characteristics.The establishment of regeneration system of tall fescue,using gene gun Leafy-ipt gene was successfully transfected in vivo and tall fescue by molecular botany method for the rapid identification of 45 transgenic plants resistant materials,detected by PCR obtained 11 positive transgenic tall fescue plants.In 11 positive transgenic tall fescue,then using molecular hybridization,obtained 10 positive materials.6 drought resistant strains were screened as the following experimental materials through preliminary drought stress.And through the study of 6 tall fescue transgenic lines leaf length,leaf width,leaf texture,crown diameter,plant height,panicle length,heading number and tiller number of biological traits showed that transgenic lines Pi1,Pi4 and Pi5 suitable for the construction of grass.Pi6 can be used for color grass splicing color.Through the 6 gm strains of chlorophyll,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content,proline content 7physiological index research shows that: transgenic strain Pi4,Pi5,Pi2,Pi6 resistance can be good.
