Urban three dimensional landscape, is a comprehensive expression in three dimensional space which consists of digital terrain,artificial building model on the ground and under the ground, auxiliary geographic information and etc. It is used to accurately reflect the objective world and as a container to simulate the natural, social,economic and other activities. With the development of the construction of digital city and wider application of 3D landscape, people have higher demand in 3D information sharing.Three dimensional landscape are characterized by much more information level and larger amount of data. Thus, real-time information sharing and the exchanging model of 3D landscape cannot be the same with that of two-dimensional geographic data. The great number of 3D landscapes had laid a rich data foundation to the sharing in the internet of 3D landscape. However it also brought new challenges. First, the existing 3D GIS platform, mostly adopted independent data model, structure,organization, storage and presentation. Those data formats between different platforms are not universal which leading to the data isolated. Second, the continuous emergence of data collection technology and various 3D GIS software, the difference among the models has become increasingly serious. This is not good for the comprehensive analysis and further application for the 3D information.In order to solve these problems mentioned above,based on the study of the technology of three dimensional modeling and 2D&3D model sharing and the information sharing standard, combined with the status of the geo-spatial framework of digital city,this study discussed two kinds of the organization mode of 3D landscape components--CityGML and KML, and then proposed urban three dimensional landscape sharing model based on CityGML. Secondly,this paper analysed 3D landscape components, and then discussed the handling and network sharing method of 3D landscape components in detail and expression methods of CityGML. At last, the overall structure of 3D landscape sharing is designed. Combined with the actual demand,an experiment was conducted to be able to achieve the network information sharing and visualization of three dimensional landscape model in different platform using the HTML5 WebGL technology and open source libraries, such as Cesium ?Autodesk View and Data API.
