Shangri-La is a high prone area of debris flow,debris flow hazards seriously;"every ditch will become a flow,rain into the flow" is a typical portrayal of debris flow along the coastal area of Jinsha River.After decades of long-term governance,debris flow disaster has been significantly controlled.It provides an important analogy and reference for the research of prevention and control engineering in this paper.This paper takes the debris flow ditch of tiger in the Yunnan Dêqên Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the main research object,through the field survey statistical analysis of a large number of data,mainly on the tiger-Jing debris flow ditch source distribution and storage,through the scale of debris flow,geographical distribution characteristics,debris flow material composition,historical debris flow cases Based on the analysis of the formation conditions of debris flow in different scale,the debris flow in the mud is calculated by the solid reserves,the parameters related to the debris flow,and the flow velocity,so it is found that the debris flow is prone to the debris flow disaster,which will cause great harm when the debris flow occurs.Therefore,this paper aims at the design of the control structure of the debris flow characteristics and provides reference for the prevention and control of this kind of mega-debris flow disaster.(1)Through the field survey data of debris flow,the formation conditions,inducement and characteristics of debris flow are analyzed,and the parameters of flow,velocity,impact force,surge and run-up are reviewed,which provides the basis for the design of debris flow control.(2)Analyze the cause and transformation mechanism of debris flow,and combine the hazard evaluation of debris flow with disaster-bearing object.On the basis of investigation and identification of the basic characteristics and harmfulness of debris flow,according to the hazard magnitude and risk degree of debris flow.(3)Determine the safety grade and technical standard of the structure engineering,and put forward the exact prevention and control countermeasures and engineering scheme.
