Russula Pers.1796,a worldwide distributed genus in high basidiomycetes, also is one of the most important ectomycorrhizal fungi, including a varity species of edible, medicinal, and other economic value. The Greater and Lesser Hinggan Mountains in northeastern China, covered by large area of forest, have abundant plant resources which can form ectomycorrhiza with Russula. The result of the Russula genus variety survey in the 18 National nature reserves which are located in the Greater and Lesser Hinggan Mountains, can be used for developing the Russula resource. From the years 2014 to 2016,about 160 specimens were collected from Heilongjiang Provence and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, also the specimens deposited in Mycological Herbarium of Mycological Institute of Jilin Agriculture University(HMJAU)were checked.Taxonomy of Russula based on the typical macro-and micro-morphology was carried out.The result shows 23 species were identified, they belong to 8 subgenus(subg.Compacta?subg.Coccinula?subg.Incrutatula?subg.Ingratulae?subg.Polychromidia?subg.Heterophyllidia?subg.Russula?subg.Tenellula)respectively.Among them, three species were found for the first time in China: Russula amoenolens Romagn.,R.atrorubens Quél.and R.nuoljae Kühner.,three were new for Heilongjiang Provence: Russula subfoetens W.G.Sm.,Russula postinana Romell,Russula odorata Romagn. The macro morphology and microscopic characters for the 23 species were described in detail, the line drawings and the SEM of spores were also given in this thesis. In the molecular biology study, the ITS sequence of each species were received, and then compared them with the sequences in GenBank use BLASTn on NCBI.The sequence, corverage and ident exceed 98% were chosen and download to construct Maximum likelihood phylogram by RAxML-HPC2 on XSEDE.The results confirmed the morphological identification.
