Geographic information system science has been paid more and more attention in recent years.Although the level of computer science and technology has reached a bottleneck,it is still a steady and steady development.Geographic information system,as a dependent computer science,has developed rapidly in recent years.In the global context set off a new hot spots,the application is also more extensive,all kinds of various groups of users from the convenience.Geographic information system after more than half a century of development,the spatial information is no longer the previous two-dimensional model,three-dimensional space expression is more and more applied to all sides,especially the city Space information management and use,this application is known as the "digital city".Residential area as a city of universal production,living and living in the main unit,carrying the city,including population density,economic development,technical research,infrastructure construction,information exchange and other operations,digital residential area is a "digital city" Unit,the three-dimensional information management system proposed in this paper is different from the traditional information management system,can show the real three-dimensional scene,enhance the user experience.The three-dimensional information management system of residential area is based on Converse3 D platform,through the use of network environment,virtual three-dimensional simulation,database storage,system information platform development and other technical means,the work of residential areas of environmental facilities,three-dimensional model structure,information function analysis and Design,the use of parametric regularization modeling ideas to establish three-dimensional model,through the object-oriented technology needs analysis and design information management system functions,the use of Converse3D-SDK software secondary development function,the platformFunctional design and implementation.The core content of this paper is to visualize the three-dimensional interactive function and the composite mode spatial informationstorage.Three-dimensional scene interaction function is the core content of this paper,through the secondary development interface and 3ds max structure of three-dimensional model,to achieve a three-dimensional scene through the mouse operation to achieve translation,scaling,rotation,information display,three-dimensional object model positioning function.The use of Composite mode to partition the spatial object information function enhances the scalability of the system,makes it easier to post-update or add new3 D scene objects,reducing the possibility of incompatibility errors in the new object model.
