This paper mainly introduces the five encoding methods and the amino acid seven physical and chemical parameters of the two methods of coding.And two kinds of coding methods to predict the same data set.First,the amino acid five-bit coding method,such as the choice of SVM the most suitable parameters,experimental methods,and then the prediction of the results of the original data set under the five-bit coding and for the seven chemical and chemical parameters of the amino acid is analyzed.Analyzes the data sources and the data processing methods,such as the construction of a positive data set,the construction of a negative data set,the structure of an independent predictive data set.The methods of forecasting and selection of training set are studied.Also include the methods for expressing protein sequencesSecondly,it mainly expounds the meaning and background of protein interaction,the research status of protein interaction at home and abroad was studied.Mainly analyzes the basic biology information.And focuses on protein interactions and related methods,describe the basic situation of amino acids,discussed the primary structure of the protein,in order to study the protein interaction and on this basis,discusses the calculation method and biological experiment,several database of protein interactions were analyzed at home and abroad such as DIP database,MIPS database,BIND database,STRING database.Then evaluated the reliability of the protein interaction data.Obtain the protein characteristics based on long-range amino acid residues.Proteins can regulate a variety of life processes in living cells.Althoughmany proteins are based on the role of monomer,the protein interaction and cell life are closely related to achieve the premise of cell function.Such as protein translation,DNA transcription and replication,immune recognition,etc.contain protein interactions.Human genome project(HGP)has been celebrated after the post-genome era,in which proteomics is an important research content,protein interaction is the key direction of research and hot spot.The fundamental goal of protein interaction is to construct a model life protein network and model system,which provides a basis for the subsequent analysis of protein function,signal transduction,metabolism and so on.Protein is the function performer and the carrier of life activity.This paper analyzes the interaction,complex and diverse structure function and dynamic change,which is of great significance for the full display of the multi-level life phenomena such as cell,molecule and organism.The interaction of protein in many living activities is an important component.It is the key and basis of biochemical reaction and it is the focus of post-genome era.Experimental methods will not only form a large amount of data,may also appear false negative and false positive data.Therefore,this study from the calculation of the interaction between the protein to study the machine learning method to protein-protein interaction to predict the impact.
