The study of the proteome is becoming a new hotspot after the human genome project. Protein-Protein interaction network study is a main subject of the study of the proteome function mode. Through recently tens years'development, a large amount of correlative literatures have been appeared in many famous magazines, while these literatures showing their data results, they also showing their study processes, which may be the important references for the afterward studiers.During the general study work, the making of the experiment project traditionally is through reading and comparing lots of correlative literatures, and then combining the studiers'experiences to complete this job. But now so large amount of the references make this job always so difficult. Then such kinds of experiments methods databases are greatly needed. But,until now, there is no such methods database. In this paper, we collect lots of correlative reference literatures, classify these study methods used in protein-protein interaction into three steps, and sort every step basing their own technology principles. The whole system includes three large kinds: purification of the proteins, analysis of the protein-protein interactions and protein expression technologies. And every technology includes inferior kinds. This classify system has good arrangement and is easy to understand. After referring lots of similar bioinformatics databases system, we use the design combination of Linux+apache+MySQL,and then complete the design of a database of protein-protein interactions study methods. This database will meet the studiers'needs to provide them a flat roof of providing convenient references, it also provides much dependable data information to make the studies to do more profound studies, and greatly convenient them to make other comparing studies.
