With the vigorous development of deep-sea resources,the corresponding field of offshore platform also gained rapid development.In the process of production and utilization of offshore platforms,many problems and challenges are inevitably faced,such as long service time of offshore platform,platform corrosion,collision damage and high maintenance costs.This paper will combine CFRP reinforcement technology which is widely used in Civil Engineering and underwater epoxy adhesive technology together.This paper also provides the references for the practical engineering applications by using relevant theory and technology of the underwater epoxy adhesive preparation makes up the optimal adhesive and the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis the thickness of the rubber thickness and elastic modulus,CFRP,etc on the effects of the repair.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development of offshore platforms and the problems of long service life and platform damage etc.and discusses the development of three aspects,such as strengthening technology of offshore platform,carbon fiber reinforcement and underwater epoxy adhesive,and the characteristics of CFRP reinforcement technology.Secondly,the theoretical basis used in the preparation of underwater epoxy adhesive is mainly introduced which includes the bonding mechanism,failure theory,design principles.This part provides reference for parameter setting of numerical simulation.Then,this paper briefly introduces the basic principle of the CFRP reinforcement technology and the selection of each part of the material.According to the composition of the underwater adhesive,this paper focuses on the role of each component.According to the preparation process of adhesive on the surface of the member and national standard for the determination of tensile shear strength,this paper studies the effects of the ratio of base material,different fillers and additives on the properties of adhesive the influence of base material ratio respectively.And the optimum adhesive ratio was determined by the results.Then the tensile shear strength and elastic modulus of adhesive and related mechanical parameters,such as compressive strength can be determined according to the relevant national standards.Finally,this paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish finite element model of steel bar,adhesives and CFRP with the 0.2mm thickness layer and 0.167 mm CFRP thickness.Referring to the standard of CFRP elastic modulus of high strength range,this paper designs several sets of control experiments respectively to test carbon fiber cloth layer thickness,thickness and elasticity modulus of reinforcement effect aiming at providing a reference for the strengthening of practical engineering.
