The Generation And The Countermeasures Of The Risk Of Technology

In recent years,with the deepening of technological innovation,risk problems are gradually exposing.When technology is becoming more and more necessary to human cognition and transformation of the world,it also more and more showed a downside?negative propensity.The risk of technology has become the biggest risk that affects human beings at present.The risk of technology became the "fence" that human can not avoid when exploring the technology.Although Don Ihde did not explicitly put forward the theory of the risk of technology,but his technical phenomenology and the view of technical cultural provide a multi-dimensional perspective to study the risk of the specific technology."The essence ambiguity of technology" is the fundamental attribute of the technical concept put forward by Don Ihde.From this we can distinguish three different types of risk: the risk of technology developed itself,the risk of subject constructed and the culture-technology risk.In addition,Don Ihde's post-phenomenological philosophy is to explore the basic relationship between "man-technology" and "culturetechnology",which provides the possibility to analyze the causes of technological risks.In the "human-technology" relationship,the relationship between the body?the relationship between hermeneutics?the relationship between the other?the relationship between the background reveals the "technical" and "man-made" reasons of the risk of technology.In the "culture-technology" relationship,the cultural embeddedness of technology explains the complexity of exploring the generation of the risk of technology.This complexity is manifested in three aspects: cultural hegemony,technology transferration and imaging technology.These three aspects are also the "cultural" causes of the risk of technology.Finally,in the light of the causes of the risk of technology discussed above,three possible countermeasures are put forward: to increase the public participation in technology?to establish a global risk monitoring and coping mechanism,and to oppose the hegemonic culture and enhance the cultural innovation.
