With the rapid development of molecular technology in recent years,molecular diagnostic technology has become one of the most basic techniques in biology.It plays a more and more important role in human health examination and species identification.The main technologies of molecular diagnostics are nucleic acid extraction,nucleic acid hybridization and nucleic acid amplification.The latter is based on nucleic acid extraction.Then the primary task of molecular diagnostic techniques is the extraction of nucleic acids.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the quantity and quality of nucleic acid extraction.In this paper,according to the functional requirements and technical indicators of the nucleic acid extraction device,combined with the existing extraction technology,the overall design of the nucleic acid extraction instrument is proposed,which includes control module,intelligent LCD module,temperature control module;The main components of the above modules are selected,the circuit schematic diagram and PCB diagram are designed,and the printed circuit board is made in this paper;The user interface,communication protocol and image display module of the programmable intelligent LCD module are developed by JavaScript.According to the characteristics of the embedded system,the main MCU is transplanted Ucosii operating system and develops motion control,data access and upper and lower computer communication module software;A set of temperature control system is designed,and the temperature can be controlled through the main MCU according to the requirements of the system temperature;In the aspect of system reliability,this system designs the setting of the machine parameters,the power down data storage,the detection of the tip of the gun and so on,which can improve the reliability of the nucleic acid extraction instrument.The system platform has been built,the hardware and software have been debugged,and the corresponding parameters are optimized.The accuracy and uniformity of the system are tested,and the feasibility of the system is verified.
