Topographic map as an important data of the basic geographic information,play a pivotal role in the development of the national economy and the city,but its update more slowly,it can't meet the need of city and social production.With the society and economy's development,people on the topographic map of the current requirements are more and more urgent.With the development of aerospace,using satellites scan the ground can get the latest ground potential data in the shortest time.Using aerospace as the topographic map's updated data can greatly improve the efficiency of updating.In this paper,digital orthophoto map are extracted based on the three-line array of TIAN HUI satellite,and explore the key technology of using topographic map to obtain the change of DOM.The main contents of this article are as follows:1.In order to avoid the the image of the tone changes by long shooting time,three-line array CCD image is at the same time with the same radiation conditions to obtain the ground stereo image,It can also avoid the appearance of camera dead angle by large base to height ratio.Thus this paper carried on the experiment of orthophoto map based on TIAN HUI three-line array image,and analyzed the accuracy of orthophoto map.The result shows that pan-color orthophoto map of TIAN HUI satellite can meet the accuracy requirement of updating the 1: 50000 scale topographic map.2.Using remote sensing image change detection method,we can obtain the object with time's change information,it can provide the basis for updating the topographic map.While for updating topographic map which is lack of remote sensing image,it need topographic vector data and current remote sensing image.This paper carried out change detection experiment for original topographic vector data and current image with cross correlation analysis,and use change detection result to update the map.The result prove that cross correlation analysis is an effective method in lacking remote sensing image's topographic map change information acquisition.
