Hydrologic information automatic telemeter system is a comprehensive system,which could use the modern method of measurement to obtain the water regime information,and Real-time Process?display?transport and record the hydrologic information.Based on the actual situation of Banduo(Cihaxia)station monitoring system for the low degree of automation,all-weather work ability is poor,difficult to real-time monitor,easily influenced by the weather,information capacity is insufficient shortcomings,combined with the conditions and characteristics of water regime automatic telemetry system research and devlopment of more suitable for Banduo(Cihaxia)station.the design idea of the hydrologic information automatic telemeter system in Banduo hydropower station has been put forward.The detailed analysis has been done about the design idea?the system general structure?tunction?working prineiple and the feature of the hydrologic information automatic telemeter system in Banduo hydropower station.Finally,some conclusions can be listed as follows:(1)According to basin geography,hydrology and meteorology.humanitics,and engineering survey.the construction process of Banduo(Cihaxia)station,preliminarily forecasting hydrologic information automatic telcemetry system configuration,function and scale research telemetry station,central station and the technical index of the whole system,function,size etc(2)Water regime telemetry system scope of the telemetering station network construction and data collection in a river basin,the flood propagation time comparison and choice of flood forecast model,set up different foresee period forecast scheme.Water regime automatic telemetry system of network is composed of center and telemetry station.measurement range as qu hydrological station-sheep range basin at dam site,range covers an area of 37216 square kilometers.The corresponding discharge methood was used to forcast the flood of Maqu station to Ciha gorge section,and the rainfall runoff forecasting method was adopted in Ciha gorge to Yang Qu Hydropower Station for flood forecasting.(3)For the selected flood forecasting model,selection of satellite communication and public communication,by comparing the communication mode,testing debugging and running,communication lines and network according to the principle of practical,advanced technology,reasonable economy,optimizing the beidou satellite + GSM(GPRS)double channel communication network scheme.Telemetering station network and arranged according to the in front of the recommended way of communication,it is concluded that the configuration,system function and the scale of reliability was analyzed,and the key technology and system operation shows that the selected model is reasonable and reliableFinally,some suggestions were put forward according to the existing problems in the hydrologic information automatic telemeter system and further research and improving.
