The Study And Design Of Hydraulic Parameter Telemeter System Based On GRPS

In everyday life and development in the field of industrial control,for some physical quantities of data acquisition,real-time remote transmission is very important.At present,a lot of industrial field in china,especially in the working site of distribution or unattended,in order to let the operator understand the on-site situation,the time collect of data should be achieved.The traditional remote data collection and transmission system usually adopts wire or wireless network to achieve the communication,but the drawbacks are high investment and maintenance cost.The studying destination of this paper is to design a designed a convenient construction,low cost,and more stable solution system.Due to the development of communication technology,this paper has presented a wireless Remote Data gather system based on GPRS,to build the lower design cost?better quality connection and convenient to construct the network of communication is the research goal and the significance of this topic.In this paper,the remote data collection and transmission system based on GPRS has been researched,by using data transmission of GPRS terminal module and Internet access function,the two-way data transmission between data collection terminal and surveillance center has been realized.This system adopts the existing telecommunication network;no needs build the new network.Easy to maintain,the networks user convenient to be migrated and increased,billing by flow,the cost of the whole system is reduced to a largest extent.There are two kinds of supply modes of system,inside battery and external power supply.The paper firstly devotes to network architecture and work principle of GPRS as well as network protocol,the software program has been introduced.The paper also compare between the network communication of GPRS and GSM with regard to their advantage and drawbacks.Besides,the design of the wireless module SIM900,ADuc845 single chip,peripheral circuit,monitoring center software and data acquisition terminal substation software have been described.In the end,the paper sums up the problems during in the design and the solution have been proposed finally.This system will mainly be used to monitor water level?water flow and water temperature in underground coal mine,and also has potentially broad application in the fields of hydraulic Parameter measurement in earth surface.
