Accessibility of urban road networks directly decides whether a road traffic system can get adapted to development of social economy, playing an important role in guiding adjustment of urban industry layout and promoting development of urban industrial economy.Taking a large-scale commercial buildings as a small area,we can find that its traffic flow and pedestrian flow per area still occupies a large proportion in the total urban traffic trip volume, being an traffic concentration area of the city?Based on space analysis modules and secondary development platforms such as Network Analystand Geostatistical Analyst provided by ArcGIS,the paper conducts measurement, computation and comparison of road networks accessibility in main urban areas of Guiyang as well as space distribution patterns of large-scale urban commercial buildings, and also describes development status quo of road networks accessibility in the main urban areas and space distribution of building points in large-scale commercial buildings,as well as their correlations.Research results show that:(1)Significant correlation exists between road network accessibility and large-scale commercial space layout.Urban road accessibility and space distribution of large-scale urban commercial buildings complement each other. On one side, areas(center zones)with high accessibility can drive commercial investments especially the development-oriented investment of large-scale commercial buildings and can change the overall distribution structure of commercial space. On the other side, sustainable development concepts and space distribution of large-scale commercial buildings could guide and restrain development of urban road traffic.(2)The higher areasof road network accessibility concentrated in the center of the old city zone and the new district(Guan Shan Hu),then the transition zone of them. The weakest area is on the north and the south, and due to the low accessibility of the two regions is the two strip deviating from the city center, mountain areain the majority.(3)Space distribution of large-scale commercial building points is highly unbalanced in the main urban area of Guiyang. The distribution is featured by the basic mode of high-degree concentration in old urban center zones and circle-layer distribution.Under comprehensive effects of development of the urban road traffic system, the circle-layer layout mode starts varying, preliminarily possesses the characteristics of axial distribution and functional distribution and tends to present a multi-core state.(4)In combination with status quo analysis and regional development planning of Guiyang, urban road and large-scale commercial buildings in Guiyang are highly restrained by land use in old urban areas. In the future, they will extend to urban edge development areas. With regard to selection of land use orientation, mainly the complementarity and differentiation with the urban development core areas shall be taken into account, and mainly the road network construction and road management shall be enhanced,so that regional accessibility can be technologically enhanced. In the end, based on the interactive strategic awareness of enhancing relations between road network accessibility and space distribution of large-scale commercial buildings, the paper proposes related optimization suggestions for development and construction of road networks in Guiyang main urban areas as well as the development and construction of large-scale commercial buildings.
