This article based on Triplophysa xichangensis,T.daqiaoensis,T.xiqiensis,T.yaopeizhii and T.aquaecaerulea as the research object,testing their topotype and the specimens from different basins in Sichuan Province.The five kinds of Triplophysa are classified by molecular and phylogenetic methods.The results are as follows:1.In this study,samples of alcohol as a material for DNA extraction rays.103 Cytb gene sequences and 72 COI gene sequences of T.xichangensis and its similar species were determined.11 Cytb sequences and 9 COI sequences were downloaded by Genbank.The molecular phylogenetic tree of Cytb and COI are constructed by using the neighbor joining method(NJ).The results show: 1.T.xichangensis,T.daqiaoensis,T.xiqiensis,T.yaopeizhii and T.aquaecaerulea which constitute a single system;2.The “T.xichangensis” which came from Dadu River Basin,which completely separate from T.xichangensis in molecular tree.2.Morphological studies show that: 1.T.xichangensis,T.daqiaoensis,T.xiqiensis,T.yaopeizhii and T.aquaecaerulea which have no significant difference in the countable and measurable properties;2.By observing their membrane swim bladder of several Triplophysa,which indicating that the membrane swim bladder is an unstable feature,can not be used as a basis for species.3.The anatomical characteristics of the five species were very similar.Such as the shape of the mouth,the shape of the bone swab,the shape of the intestine,the number of gills and so on;4.The “T.xichangensis” which have obvious differences with T.xichangensis in head length/tail,number of spine bone and lateral line hole number.3.Comprehensive molecular systems research results and morphological studies,I believe that T.xichangensis,T.daqiaoensis,T.xiqiensis,T.yaopeizhii and T.aquaecaeruleae which most likely a species.Its main identification characteristics: Mandibular spine type;dorsal fin starting point after the starting point of the ventral fin or relative,the fin fins do not reach the anus;tail shank side flat,before and after the height of the same;caudal fin for the shallow concave type;free membrane swim bladder after the room about 1~10 mm,Porcupine degenerated;intestinal from the "U" shaped stomach after the stomach in the back into a ring,was "Z" shape.4.Comprehensive molecular systems research results and morphological studies,the author thinks that the “T.xichangensis” should be described as a new species in the Dadu River Basin.We named this spices Triplophysa jinchuanensis Tan et Guo sp.nov.and describe it.
